ProXL Aerosol Primer

If you are doing a small to medium-sized filler repair on your vehicle, this stuff is great. ProXL High-Build Primer will cover any sand scratches and seamlessly make a surface ready for your basecoat topcoat layers. 

I highly recommend keeping this in your workflow because of how incredibly versatile and user-friendly it is. My go-to method is to apply an initial coat, and if I see any remaining small imperfections, I will then use the Lechler stopper to tightly fill them in. From there, I wet flat the area with P500 grade paper and apply another couple of coats of the ProXL primer to build up a thick, protective layer. It is exceptionally fast-drying when using a heat gun to flash it off. Once dry after a couple of minutes, simply flat the surface down with P500 grade paper and you are good to go straight to paint.
